Sound familiar?
If your feet hurt, it's usually one of these.
Sharp heel pain
That stabbing first step out of bed in the morning.
Aching arches
Flat shoes give your arch zero support all day.
Tired, sore feet
Long shifts standing leave you counting the hours.
Two zones, one goal: less pressure
7 mm arch support lifts and holds the arch, easing strain on the plantar fascia.
Cushioned heel absorbs impact with every step, right where it hurts most.
Support in shoes that have none
Ballet flats, loafers and slip-ons are where feet suffer most. SoftArch adds the support they're missing, without changing how they look.

Questions, answered
Do they help with plantar fasciitis?
Many of our customers with plantar fasciitis wear SoftArch every day. The raised arch zone helps support the arch and reduce strain on the plantar fascia, while the cushioned heel softens the impact of each step. They're designed for comfort and support, not as a treatment, so if your pain is severe or persistent, check with a healthcare professional.
Are they good for flat feet?
Yes. Flat shoes like ballet flats and loafers offer almost no arch support, which is exactly where flat feet tend to struggle. The 7 mm arch lift adds gentle support where your shoes have none.
What size are they?
One size, approx. 20.6 cm long and 8.5 cm wide, with a stretchy fabric that adapts to your foot. They fit best on women's US 5–8, UK 3–6 and AU 5–8. If you're a larger size, they may feel snug.
Will they show above my shoes?
No. They're cut like a no-show sock, so they stay hidden in ballet flats, loafers, boat shoes and low-cut sneakers.
SoftArch socks are a comfort product, not a medical device. For persistent foot pain, see a healthcare professional.
