Do they fit big or small?
If you wear a half size and your size is not available, please choose a smaller size. It's important to note that our slippers have an open-toe design and can accommodate a range of sizes.
Is it true that these slippers can help alleviate foot pain?
Although we have received positive feedback from numerous customers who have reported relief from foot pain, we cannot make claims that our slippers have the ability to cure foot pain.
However, our RSLIDES are specifically engineered to provide enhanced comfort compared to various other footwear options. They are designed to compress with each step and effectively absorb the position of your foot, contributing to a more comfortable experience.
Are they waterproof?
Our slippers are incredibly versatile and can be worn in various conditions. They are suitable for a wide range of activities, such as lounging at the beach, indoor use, taking a shower, going for a walk, and much more.
What materials are the slippers made of?
Our slippers are constructed using EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) material. It's important to note that EVA is a non-toxic material, free from plasticizers and other additives.
The high-quality EVA used in our slippers is gentle on the skin and completely harmless. EVA is widely used in insoles and shoes worldwide due to its durability and long-lasting nature.
Rest assured, there is no need to be concerned about any potential health risks associated with our slippers.
Do they shrink in the sun?
Although our RSLIDES are crafted from EVA, an incredibly comfortable and squishy material, it's important to note that they may experience slight shrinkage when exposed to high temperatures.
The material is not resistant to extremely high temperatures and should not be subjected to prolonged sunlight exposure.
Do they offer arch support?
While our slippers may not provide extensive arch support, the material is specifically designed to compress and alleviate pressure from your feet.
How does the shipping and delivery work?
After placing your order, our team will be thrilled to prepare your RSLIDES for shipment. With great care, they will retrieve your RSLIDES from our inventory and meticulously pack them. Please be patient and allow our team up to 72 hours to complete this process.
Kindly note that we ship orders only when all items are fully
prepared. If you have pre-ordered any items, they will be shipped together with
the rest of your order once all items are available.

Returns / Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy in place. If you wish to return your purchase, please note that you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, including the associated shipping costs.
In the event that you receive a defective product, we will gladly replace it for you. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, please send us an email stating the reason for cancellation along with your order number. We will promptly cancel your order for you.
However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to wait until you receive it. Once you have received the order, you can ship it back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will proceed with issuing a refund to you.

How do I track my order?

Enter your tracking number into the designated field.
If you find that the tracking information is not updated, we kindly request that you allow 2-4 days for the tracking status to be updated.
When will my tracking be updated?
Please note that tracking information may take up to 6 days to update. This delay does not necessarily indicate that your order has not been shipped. In some cases, there might be delays in the tracking system, while your package is already on its way to you. Rest assured, we strive to ensure timely delivery, and any delays in tracking are often temporary and beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
